 TinyMCE is obviously here to stay, but there are those who don't like it.
 For these people, removing TinyMCE should be as simple as deleting the
 {{{/wp-includes/js/tinymce/}}} directory.  It should disappear gracefully.

 Attached patch allows that to happen.
