 Default permalinks don't meet ret-tag spec causing search engines to mis-
 tag blog posts.

 Example {{{<a href="http://localhost/wp/trunk/?cat=1" title="View all
 posts in Uncategorized" rel="category tag">Uncategorized</a>}}}

 The [http://microformats.org/wiki/rel-tag rel-tag spec] says that the last
 path component defines the tag.

 Technorati currently [http://www.andrewgrant.org/2006/10/18/technoratis-
 tag-for-wordpress-is-broken.html works around this problem].
