Comment:

 BOOLEAN was introduced in MySQL 4.1.  WP only requires 3.23.

 We could go to TINYINT, but I don't see any reason to.  With these and
 markjaquith's above, I'm marking as wontfix.  Reopen with further thoughts
 if necessary.
