Comment:

 Because it's only "developers and weekend hackers" that see mysql errors
 (and even they shouldn't be seeing them often), it's only a very small
 user group that would benefit from this addition.

 And for those power users it's easy enough to just copy and past the error
 to Google, if they don't know what it means already.

 Furthermore, we don't have any control whatsoever on the content on that
 site, so I'm not in favor of including links to it in core.
