 Ryan,

 I've used the old (modified) import-mt.php AND it allowed me to import
 POST IDs AND my table has the "auto-increment" option, but the comments
 were not correctly "attached" to their posts. Just to let you know that
 it's possible, but I'm not a PHP geek to modify it to do the right thing.

 Still waiting for comments.
