 I've developed and tested cron solely in CGI environments, with no issues
 whatsoever. If someone actually has an issue, I'd be more than happy to
 work on the same workaround, but I currently see no issue for it. If
 someone wants to send me server setup details (webserver, version, php
 version, etc.) for me to setup my own test environment of, I will,
 however, its looking rather unnecessary at the current time.
