 wp-admin/list-manipulation.php needs 'header("Content-type: text/plain",
 true);'.

 Otherwise proxies like mod_proxy_html insert a DOCTYPE line at the start
 of the output
 and the parsing in wp-admin/list-manipulation.js breaks (because
 isNaN('<DOCTYPE...') returns true)
