 I'm using {{{add_query_arg()}}} in my template and I noticed that it
 doesn't create valid XHTML. My question is can anyone think of any reason
 why {{{add_query_arg()}}}'s output shouldn't be made valid (i.e. replace
 {{{&}}} with {{{&amp;}}} and such) or does some function rely on it being
 raw?
