 Although my blog has it's privacy settings set to not allow search
 engines, the main page of the Admin Dashboard still notifies Technorati of
 the existance of my blog by requesting incoming links.

 I think the entire 'Incoming Links' section shouldn't be shown with
 privacy settings enabled. This then also slightly improves the performance
 of the index page.

 What do you guys think?
