 Yeah, agreed on the extra_cap flag for denials.  That denial should stay
 even if you are later upgrade to a role that has that cap.

 So basically, order of operations:

 {{{ROLE_1_CAPS + ROLE_2_CAPS + USER_GRANTED_CAPS - USER_DENIED_CAPS}}}

 And yes, I meant renaming roles.

 Sounds perfect.  For people who need more flexibility than that (few),
 they can download the full Role Manager plugin.
