 I don't want editors adding authors, authors adding contributors, etc. I
 understand that you might want this, so I encourage you to write or
 commission a plugin to manupulate the roles and capabilities. Maybe the
 API needs some work before this can be done, in which case the hooks will
 almost certainly be cheerfully added.
