 I think it is great if we can add an option to insert images css class or
 id when executing
 javascript:tinyMCE.execInstanceCommand('mce_editor_0','mceImage',true);
 insert image button).

 When publising an article or blog entry, there is a common need to specify
 a CSS class or id for images to be inserted such as:

 + Left-aligned illutrated images
 + Middle big images
 ....

 Each kind of images will be assigned a specific css class or id which is
 pre-defined in styles.css
