 This is a usability fix so that when you comment on your own posts, your
 name will not have a link to your own blog.  In other words, when your
 comment is displayed on the page or in Recent Comments, your name will
 appear as the comment author, but will not be linked.

 This particular patch works fine for me on a single user blog by checking
 to see if the post author and the comment author match.  A better fix to
 cover both single and multiuser blogs would be to compare the blog URL
 with the comment author URL.  I will try to get back to that later unless
 someone else wants to tackle it.
