 Fixes the following:
 /wp-admin/link-manager.php : Delete links have class attrib defined twice

 /wp-admin/link-add.php : <label id='friend'> should be <label
 for='friend'>

 /wp-admin/link-categories.php : extra " prior to onclick attrib on delete
 link + no action attrib on form

 /wp-admin/link-import.php <p> with no closing tag
