 See the same thing with IE 6.0.28 on a 2.0.1 install.  Initially, the
 Category field was "closed" so clicked the + sign to open the field and
 there, the Add field and button were missing.  It happens even if the
 Category field is initially "open" also.  Happens adding or editing a
 post.

 But, again using IE 6.0.28, do NOT see this on a 2.1-alpha1 test blog
 utilizing post-new.php or post.php (for the edit).
