 If you add links using the RTE, it FORCES them to be relative to {{{/wp-
 admin/}}}.

 If you're adding relative links, you know what you're doing, and you don't
 want RTE playing babysitter to you and giving you a result that NO ONE
 ever wants (links prefixed with http://yoursite.com/wp-admin/).
