 Some of my users have complained about getting the cryptic Error: "Error:
 This file cannot be used on its own." when attempting to leave comments.

 From the research I've done (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/23942 and
 http://wordpress.org/support/topic/35141 ) it appears that it is a setting
 on the client's browser and/or firewall that is causing the problem.

 HOWEVER, with so many firewalls and/or browsers shipping with the setting
 to not send full referral info, the code needs to take that into account
 and '''at least''' provide a more detailed error message, but at best use
 more intelligent error handling to eliminate this issue.
