 Among these:
  * Consolidating some strings (the ERROR prefix)
  * js_escapes
  * some plural things: __ngettext rename to the shorter __n
  * text/wording fixes

 Expect some more in the coming days. I wanted to try with a smaller chunk
 of them first.
