 We already have constants for unifying user and usermeta tables, but roles
 and capabilities are still maintained separately (even if the
 user/usermeta tables) are changed.  Some people don't want the fine-
 grained control that per-blog roles/caps would offer, and just want simple
 global user/role/cap sharing.

 Patch coming.
