 As the categories are wrapped in CDATA tags, many users of my WordPress-
 WordPress plugin are reporting category import errors. The importer is
 straight from the WordPress 2.1 trunk and was not created by me.

 Attached patch tweaks the regex for categories to correctly parse the
 categories int he WXR files
