 Uploaded new versions of 148b and 148c to remove some debugging.

 148c.diff:  I'm not sure about this, please discuss.

  1. To avoid duplicate content, rel="nofollow" on the "all" link and
  1. meta nofollow,noindex tags on the "all" page.  This was done by
 tweaking noindex() and default-filters.php and throwing a hack into
 &get_posts.

 Is the duplicate content issue a problem at all?  If it is, is this a fair
 solution?
