 When a user uploads an image they have no idea where that image is.
 For a post image, not a problem.
 For an image they may want to use in a sidebar or for linking but not
 displaying their only way to find out is to publish and View Source or to
 right-click and check the properties.
 Both are poor.
 We should have some way to allow a non-savy user to see and obtain an
 object location.
