 For the "Store uploads in this folder" setting, it says that the "Default
 is {{{wp-content/uploads}}}". Well that's not true because I just did a
 fresh install and the value is set to {{{wp-content}}}. Perhaps it's
 because WordPress doesn't come with an {{{/uploads/}}} folder, I dunno,
 but I thought I'd mention it nonetheless.
