Comment:

 2633.diff

  1. Displays a link to the newly added list item.
  1. Makes list-manipulation errors/status messages more inline with WP's
 other messages.
  1. Fixes HTML/CSS bug in cat listing on Add Bookmark page.
  1. Simplifies list-manipulation reseting of form data.
  1. Moves the location of the AJAX response element (where notices and
 errors are put) around in a few places.  Particularly, that for
 categories.php is now to the right of the title and parent form elements.
 I'll let someone else figure out where these elements should be best
 placed here and in other places.
