 Since {{{page.php}}} is no longer used, it doesn't have a default that's
 worthwhile. Ideally, the default is never supposed to be seen, but it can
 be, for example when you're on the edit page screen and hit the delete
 button, you end up at a nearly blank {{{page.php}}}.

 My patch redirects to the manage Pages page if no action is set.
