 Hi,
 I was advised in the support forum to contact someone here, which is why I
 posted this message.
 The problem seems to be related to the WordPress network, as some suggest,
 so I was wondering: is it possible to contact someone who handles
 WordPress networking?
 Is there a way to report this issue directly to whoever manages the
 network infrastructure?
