 Hi @Marc4
 Thank you for your feedback.
 Some developers expect that they can use any language in their WordPress
 theme or plugins, and then use our translation platform to produce a US
 English translation.
 This link is meant for them.

 When you provide the "locale" parameter, the dynamic part of this page
 changes, while the main/general content, which is "fixed" is displayed at
 the top.

 We could simply change this text, for instance by stating "If you were
 looking for information about en_US, please read the following page".
 Would that work better?

 This is simple page content, so we can discuss this in our Slack channel
 "polyglots". Therefore I'm closing this ticket here.
