 On the Polyglots Teams pages, when filtering by a specific locale (e.g.,
 ?locale=ca), there is a reference to the en_US locale.

 If this is necessary, I imagine it should be dynamic and point to the
 locale itself.

 == Steps to reproduce:

 Go to https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=ca (or any other
 locale).

 Observe the text: "About the en_US locale." linking to
 https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/the-en_us-locale/.
