 Thank you for reporting @jonsurrell

 I verified that this affects both this instance and the one you reported
 about (Core). However, it visibly does not affect Trac itself, as I
 verified on Trac’s own website (running 1.4), Trac’s 1.6 demo site and
 FFmpeg’s instance.
 This must be caused by a WordPress customization.
