 When a Trac ticket is referenced in #core, it shows as an entry on the
 related Trac ticket (see attached screenshot from
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/64684).  However, the same does not
 appear when a Trac ticket is referenced in the #core-ai channel
 ([https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C08TJ8BPULS/p1772480630936339
 example]).  Can we get things set up such that Trac ticket references in
 the #core-ai channel appear on the respective Trac tickets?
