Comment:

 I do not consider this as a bug. The elements you highlight do have a
 small font size, but remain easy to read for me, and people with lower
 vision can simply zoom in. These elements were presumably set to a smaller
 size to save space for the variable parts of content. As these elements
 are the same on all commit pages, developers rarely need to read them, so
 it seems perfectly acceptable to me that reading them at default zoom
 level is less comfortable than reading the commit message or contents.
