 Fully seconded

 "Trac UI Preferences" seems to be specific to Meta Trac, which seems to
 use a custom Trac, or at least not the latest/vanilla Trac. If we compare
 with [https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/2325 FFmpeg’s Trac instance], its
 equivalent is simply labelled "Preferences", and displays where you would
 expect it (at the top, right after the ''Login'' link).
