Comment:

 I assume you are referring to the plugin "open-source-event-calendar". In
 its README.md file, the two names you mentioned are listed without a comma
 as a separator. That is why the message appears.

 You would need to:

 * Add the missing comma.
 * Rename the README.md file to readme.txt according to the instructions in
 the manual: https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-org/how-
 your-readme-txt-works/
