 Issue:
 The link “guidelines for your locale” points to:
 https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/tools/glotpress-translate-
 wordpress-org/list-of-glossaries-per-locale/

 This URL returns a 404 (“This page doesn’t exist”).

 Expected behavior:
 Docs Handbook should not link to non-existent Polyglots handbook pages.

 Suggested fix:
 Update the link to the current Polyglots handbook location,
 or remove the link if the content has been moved or deprecated.
