 See attached.

 The plugin/theme support threads show a `In: <forum name>` badge, which is
 correct, but WordPress.org has virtual "sub forums" for each plugin/theme
 that this should link to instead.

 ie. This should read `In: <Plugin Name>` rather than `In: Plugins`
