 As per the [https://make.wordpress.org/test/2025/09/02/test-chat-summary-
 august-28th-2025/ latest biweekly meeting] in the Test Team (section 6.3),
 by unanimous decision it was concluded that users @krupajnanda, @oglekler,
 and @sirlouen should get enhanced permissions in the
 [https://make.wordpress.org/test/ Make Test P2 blog] to be able to
 moderate comments.
