 I think this is a larger issue around Badges, activity entry items are
 often not present when a badge is granted.

 - This is somewhat expected for some badges, as other activity items occur
 before hand (Such as Core Props -> Core Contributor badge).
 - Some badges have explicit messages (WordCamp Speaker/Organiser: Activity
 of Confirmed as a speaker/organiser, Granted a badge as part of that).
 - Some badges have no activity item that's related (Team badges, Volunteer
 badges)

 Given Activity items often fall off the visible items due to other
 activity, adding this one doesn't seem super important to me.
