#8106: Streamline English variant translations

 en_GB, en_AU, en_CA, en_NZ, en_ZA - for these English variants, a high
proportion of strings often match up to the original en_US strings.
However, even for the strings that don't change, we still have to go into
each string, copy, and save. It's very time-consuming and feels redundant
when there's no actual translation to do.

Just like the bulk approval of string submissions, it would be great (for
just these locales, and optionally just GTEs of those locales) to have a
bulk option to automatically copy the original string and approve in one
go. The workflow would be (similar to what I do with submitted strings):

 - Go to a view that has 100 untranslated strings
 - Select the checkbox at the top of the table to select all one hundred.
 - Scroll down, and uncheck each one if changes are needed
 - Get the bottom and select the new bulk option action, and submit.

This would greatly speed up tackling the untranslated strings in these
 locales.
