 The star rating counts displayed on plugin pages (e.g., 3821, 189, 101)
 are currently unformatted, which affects readability.

 We should apply number_format_i18n() to these numbers to improve clarity
 and better support localization. For example:

 - 3821 → 3,821 (in en_US)
 - 3821 → 3.821 (in de_DE)

 This affects all plugin pages on wordpress.org.
