 The back-end list of blog posts in our P2 (make/polyglots) also includes a
 long excerpt (often the full text) of the post content in the "Title"
 column.

 Currently in https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/wp-admin/edit.php (and
 probably in other "Make" sites, too, this disrupts the layout. All columns
 are quite narrow, due to Categories, Tags, and now also Revision notes
 being shown. As a result, some posts may occupy more than one page
 vertically.

 It's super useful to see at least some of the post content directly in the
 post list. But could we either

 - limit the excerpt to some 200 characters, or
 - (better) place the post content in a second row, spanning all columns,
 for each post?
