Comment:

 This is kinda correct.

 You're only in 9 groups, as `Plugin Developer` and `Theme Developer` have
 zero members, and are only added at display time.

 I guess I could disable the My Groups tab, but it doesn't seem worthwhile.

 I'm going to close this as `wontfix` as fixing this count isn't going to
 happen, but if #7576 is fixed, that'll make this fixed..
