 Thats the way translator/translation editor handled plugin translation.
 Plugin titles and descriptions can be translated for both - (installed)
 plugin and its page on wordpress.org. Moreover those strings can be
 translated differently for plugin and readme.
 Sometimes its intentional, more often it is not.

 There is workaround for translation teams as a guideline/recommendation to
 **not translate** plugin names or translate it partially.
