 In #core57600 the Twemoji library used by WordPress Core was updated to
 use a fork of the original library as Twitter no longer maintain it.

 The link in the credits API for 6.5 onwards needs to be updated to point
 to the forked repo https://github.com/jdecked/twemoji.
