 Noting that the email subscription block is still not enabled... not sure
 if that requires me to connect my personal WPCOM account to get that
 enabled or if there's something that still needs to be configured as I
 don't see an option to enable that from the Jetpack settings as that
 section is disabled/grey-out for me.
