 Currently, uploaders who submit videos to WordPress.tv receive no
 notification when their video is approved and published. This can lead to
 uncertainty about the status of their submission.

 **Proposed Enhancement**:
 Introduce an automated notification system that sends an email to the
 uploader once their video is approved and published. The email should
 include:

 - Confirmation of approval
 - A link to the published video
 - Optionally, thanks and guidelines for sharing

 Benefits:
 - Improves communication and transparency with contributors
 - Encourages engagement and sharing of published content
 - Aligns with WordPress’s community values by acknowledging contributions
