 The keywords are not all intuitive. It would be great if this panel linked
 to the [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/contribute/trac/keywords/
 documentation page] so folks can discover it and know how to use them in a
 consistent and effective way.

 A link could be added somewhere around the dropdown to the documentation:
 `Workflow Keywords: [ - Add - ]`.
