 Hi @SirLouen,

 We can't really offer support for Trac, it's developed by another company,
 and we don't really understand the how/why some things happen.

 Realistically this was probably due to a data migration, bulk ticket
 modification, or milestone deletion.

 The core team has done lots of trac things like that over the years.

 Lacking a milestone is relatively common:
