 Spam comments/ticket: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/43215

 Ticket page is not loading due to spam comments and hidden links. Spammers
 are flooding Trac with spam comments, and you guys are just sleeping! The
 page isn’t even loading properly because of all this junk.
