Changes (by manhphucofficial):

 * Attachment "8141-login-link-no-topics.diff" added.

 Adds a login call-to-action for logged-out users when no topics are found.
 Logged-in users continue to see the original message. The login URL
 includes a redirect back to the forum. Fixes #8141.
