 I support this enhancement. Using the existing WordPress.org Credits API,
 contributor profiles can automatically show the WordPress releases they
 participated in. This keeps profiles simple and provides accurate,
 meaningful contribution history using data already available in
 WordPress.org’s systems. I’ve added a GIF to demonstrate how this could be
 displayed.
